(The unidentified "soldier?" in plain clothes who is beating the unarmed Haitian man to a pulp on the ground keeps repeating "kouche, kouche" which means "lay down, lay down." Like the Haitian man is just a dog. We don't have details but you may come to your own conclusion as the necessity for the kicks and slaps, the abuse of human rights, force and military power.)
