The long running Right Wing attack against American Government has begun paying dividends. A so called "Supreme Court" has revealed itself as a Right Wing alternative to Constitutional law. Rupert Murdock, a foreign born media mogul, cheerleads the demise of the Free Republic. He does this not from any ideological or moral difference with long established principle, but because his profits rise in proportion to freedom's demise. Fox News, like the Supreme Court, hope an American majority will come around to believing the sarcasm that "We report. You decide" is based by some loose conjecture, in fact. As the republicans like to say, "never underestimate the stupidity of the American people.

Polls report an overwhelming negative reaction to the Supreme Court's savage blow against democracy. Republicans, democrats and independents are outraged at the five asses attack against democracy. Sometimes, when a way of life is as seriously threatened as America's now is, it becomes necessary to stop all pretence of political solution. The Supreme Court has escalated, what has been increasingly harder to accept as their Constitutional judgment, into a declared war against the Free Republic of the United States. They need to be encouraged, one way or another, to march their pompous, traitorous, fat asses out of the Justice Building they defile daily. It is no longer as important as how it's done, as it is important that it happens.

Obama is presented as a champion of progressive ideology. The Junior Senator from Illinois is possessed with a gift of gab, that made him sound, compared to Junior's incoherent ramblings, like a PhD in the language arts. But alas his photogenic presidency only lasted until his inauguration. He took office with a lopsided Congressional majority, and assured Americans that corporate abuse and tax evasion were over. Obama flew his bipartisan colors, as he surrounded himself with the Bush Administration's savvy financial experts. With his devoted commitment to bipartisanship, and his acutely tuned sense of fair play, he ignored the inescapable fact that his financial advisors were the very same experts who so largely figured in the nation's financial ruin. It was then that his supporters realized their champion had feet of clay.

But Obama inherited, from Dic and George, an international, financial and demoralized republic tottering on the edge. The wealthy, as their mental aberrations presents, gladly paid the relatively small cost it takes to buy the American government. Obama promised that if only he could be selected he'd be the best president the U.S. Corporate Empire ever promoted. The pantomime, with its charade of election choices, ran its course and Obama, ever anxious to please, performed exactly as his corporate masters knew he would.

After eight years of Cheney and his sidekick Junior, the republicans needed a few democrats to take up some slack until the blame, that belonged to Dick and George, could be assigned to Obama and his perpetually frightened and cowering Congress. Four years would be more than enough time to transfer the blame for all of the ills that afflict a nation with a voting public, a significant proportion of which, is so abysmally stupid and unwilling to recognize spit when it lands in their eye, it considers the corporate plutocracy as God's gift to America.

It must be added that the Carolinas, North and South, along with those other abysmal southern and fly over states, that exist in a perpetual state of antiquated stupidity, anyone of who's citizens would gladly swap Obama for their white neighbor, the one who raises pit bulls, thinks Rush Limbaugh is Plato reincarnate and yearns for the days when he could shout get "em! when water cannon and dogs put down blacks for insisting on their Civil Rights. Americans can no longer afford to wait for their brain dead Congress, their frightened President or the Supreme asses who are very obviously never going to move off their collective butts and make good on their oaths of office to defend and protect the U.S. Constitution.

And so the experiment in governance, of and by and what for, and all that other drivel came to an abrupt end. Glory Halleluiah. The only question left worth asking is, what took "em so long? And if anyone's dissatisfied with that there's always, we coulda, shoulda, didn't "cause, pick any qualifier, because none of them matter, and they all sound the same anyway?

After the Supreme Court, in 2000, assured Americans their votes didn't matter, the arrogant pompous and deeply entrenched buzzards, posing as wise men, ruled on another exception. That collection of ideologues and Right Wing Republicans, known euphemistically as Constitutional authorities, stretched the limits of credulity when they declared that corporations, like rocks and gold fish, have free speech rights.

No less an intellectual giant than Clarence, long dong, Thomas read the court's opinion. "If 10 of you got together and decided to speak, just as a group, you'd say you have First Amendment rights to speak, and the First Amendment right of association. If all of you formed a partnership, it would be the same."

Poor Clarence. He got catapulted to his lofty position through no fault of his own, and may be forgiven for his stupidity, but not for betraying his country. The vacuous reasoning he uses will not make a corporate charter, or a piece of paper that represents a disparate collection of humans, all with conflicting ideas of right and wrong, a singular entity with rights of any kind.

And never mind that corporations, rocks and dirty laundry, can't speak, even if twenty of them got together and decided to try. Human beings are mortal while corporations will still be screwing your great, great, great, great Grandmother, when everything else has turned to dust, and corporations are still enjoying their immortality.

Clarence, with his "if they decided to speak" test, asks that anyone paying attention bear witness to corporations and soup, soap on a rope, flying fish and friends of the Lone Ranger, to make up ten Little Indians that, "if they decided to speak," might call forlornly to the corporate monster that, because inanimate and imagined objects are not known to speak, even if there are ten of them, will nevertheless distort reality to the extent that it takes Clarence to clear things up.

But Clarence was on a roll. "But what if you put yourself in corporate form?" Clarence wondered. "It's wrong to make any distinction. The ultimate precedent is the Constitution." Gee whiz Clarence. The Constitution must have First Amendment Rights too. It's rights aren't as powerful though because it's broke - has no money of its own. Guess it serves the ol' Constitution right for being broke. Why doesn't it get a job?

Anyone who's got ten toes that talk have ten times the free speech rights as people do with no toes at all. Ten or more people who consider profit above democracy? A disparate group, ill-defined but nonetheless determined to reap material gain in spite of morality, or, failing that, a conglomerate of capitalists who would eagerly sell the nation to the highest bidder? And Clarence? What exactly is corporate form? And how does one assume such form? Abracadabra, Uncle John and send in the clowns? Oh, yeah. The clowns are present and accounted for right there in the Justice Building.

Corporate form must be like those fat bankers who got Carta Blanche for busting the U.S. economy. The important thing to understand is that Clarence & Co. know exactly what they're doing, and the payoff is worth it. It's like 2000, when the Supreme Republican Ideologues ruled that any U.S. election is unconstitutional if Al Gore wins, and Junior loses. Another one for the Fractured Fairy Tale file. They should have been run off then.

Obama, in his State of the Union Address, rattled off the usual stuff about how he was gonna crack down by golly. Democrats leapt to their feet in standing ovation, while across the aisle, republicans openly laughed at him. When Obama took exception to the excessive stupidity of the Supreme Court"s decision that gave inanimate objects First Amendment rights, Sammy Alito openly disrespected him, and his office, in full view of the world. Obama is the President of the U.S, and it was his duty to excuse Sammy, who could not behave in a gentlemanly manner, from his State of the Union Address.
