I was telling a friend about how I was throwing out pretty much all the food in the fridge and a lot of the food in my freezer, after three days without power. 

She said I should ask her 86 year old aunt Bea. 

So, today I get a call that my friend spoke to Aunt Bea. 

Her freezer wisdom advice--

"When in doubt, throw it out... 
and that also pretty much applies to everything else in life too."
