Tarek Fatah - Chasing a Mirage

The mirage Tarek Fatah is addressing is the hope that Islamic radicals will create an Islamic state in every corner of the world where Muslims live.
These Islamists, argues Fatah, wish to convert Islam from a spiritual religion into a state ruled theocracy. The Western principles of the
division of church and state would collapse.
As a secular but believing Muslim, Fatah stands against this ideology of Islamic extremism.
