| Twenty thousand dollars in cash has been confiscated by a Loxley, Ala traffic cop.Victor Marquez, a bean picker in Florida, was taking the combined savings from his and his brother's work on grounds it had to be drug money. No arrest was made but a county court was asked to transfer the funds for law enforcement purposes in May. Suit was filed on his behalf on racial profiling charges. |
