CQ describes how ads are being planned in "solid" states to lure other-party voters to elect them in Congressional races. Frankly I didn't read pages 2 & 3 because ad strategy is something I can't respond to. But it's worthwhile where a voter is impacted. PS Tennessee doesn't swing! Not if they can help it. |
