Veterans Affairs Tells Court It Can't Imagine Voter Registration Drives for Its Wounded Veterans and the Homeless

A case before an appeals court petitions the VA to allow voter registration at its facility & to facilitate homeless veterans under their supervision to do the same. Pres. Clinton issued an order to do voter registration and Pres. Bush rescinded it. The niceties of Hatch Act and the VA's duties per appropriations are arguments. The not so niceties play out in Menlo Park (CA) case.
