The air defense network had predictable and effective procedures for dealing with 9-11 type of attacks. Dick Cheney did not follow these routine interception procedures when he was in charge of NORAD that morning. He scrambled fighters to Alaska instead of New York. His impeachment is imperative to stop his current course of starting a third illegal war in Iran and touching off WWIII.
