|The hotline, which will be staffed Monday through Friday, 10 am to 6 pm EST, will be a clearinghouse for complaints by Hurricane Katrina victims who believe they are being unfairly treated or denied claims by insurance companies on their hurricane-related insurance policies. The hotline is a project of Americans for Insurance Reform. Analysts believe insurance liability could hit $60 billion.|
