Florida Fair Election Coalition's research director KITTY GARBER's fascinating new report re: State-wide 'spikes' in ES&S's IVotronic touchscreen machines in the 2006 Elections. As it turns out, IVotronic has DOUBLE,even QUADRUPLE, the undervote rates of other voting systems in Florida from 2002-2006, and produced 71,000 total UNDERVOTES from Miami-Dade/ Broward alone in the 2006 elections! Incredible.
