| Here it comes. Last week, I wrote about how Karen Haas, Clerk of the House, may emerge after November 7 as another Katharine Harris. Since then, more and more Republicans have been saying the House outcome will be determined in the courts. Michael Barone predicts a 219-216 outcome in favor of Dems, but notes that it could easily be overturned. |
