The 94-page lawsuit contains a long list of allegations the Whites contend prison employees have committed including numerous and unjustified incarcerations of Gary White in solitary confinement; alleged tampering with and withholding of mail between Judy White and her husband and most especially between Gary White and his lawyer; illegal monitoring of White's phone conversation with his lawyer; unjustified removal from one federal prison to another; improper and humiliating physical searches by prison employees of Judy White and verbal abuse of Judy White by prison employees.
Efforts to reach the Federal Bureau of Prisons for comment were unsuccessful.

Judy White charges that all of the actions by prison employees have resulted because she and her husband have refused to be silent about what goes on inside the prison walls.
