For many years, the American workforce was considered to be among the most productive than innovative the world had ever seen. This did not suddenly and overnight in 2008, but rather, has eroded over the course of many years. A primary problem is a gap between the skills required to perform increasingly demanding jobs and as a recent study by the Brookings Institution demonstrates, a failure of Public Education to produce workers capable of meeting these needs. |
