From the halls of Congress to the political strategy rooms buried deep in the bowels of national party headquarters, Republican shake their heads and wonder what happened to their party and their prospects for the upcoming mid-term elections. Polls numbers show President George W. Bush's approval ratings at all time lows and his unpopularity is dragging the Republican Party down with him. 'These numbers are scary,' says Republican pollster Tony Fabrizio. 'We've lost every advantage we've ever had. The good news is Democrats don't have much of a plan. The bad news is they may not need one.'
