|HARRISBURG, Pa. (WTW) -- Pennsylvania is now the most populous state that is refusing to comply with the federal Real ID Act. Gov. Tom Corbett on Wednesday signed a bill that prohibits Pennsylvania from participating in the seven-year-old law's requirements. The National Conference of State Legislatures says 16 other states are opposing it through their laws, while a handful of others passed resolutions against it.|
