Wired Magazine reports on a vast NSA data center in Utah, scheduled to open next year. Eavesdropping will cover every phone call and text message and every Google search that we make. Sophisticated code-breaking will be a central feature. All pretense of the Fourth Amendment protections against 'unreasonable search' and requirement concerning 'probable cause' has vanished. This is part of the essential infrastructure of a police state.
