|The combination of having names and results prevents any 'corrections' after the results are turned in. Can we have that with paper ballots? Not unless you want paper ballots to be hand-counted, or scanned, at the precinct level, and we don't want that delay. WHAT'S WRONG WITH A DELAY IF IT MEANS ELECTIONS ARE ACCURATE???|
