Vice President Dick Cheney on Thursday defended the Bush administration's domestic surveillance program, saying it is an essential tool in monitoring al-Qaida and other terrorist organizations.[The only thing vital to this man is his power-mongering and empire-building (KBR Halliburton apparently is the only oath he's ever taken seriously). AND if al-Qaida so important -- why is Osama still free and video-conferencing his BushCo. Neocons at will??? They just can't get the job done with billions and billions. Even with their imperial America and imperial presidency, they will NOT be anymore successful than they have already been.. Times up. Throwing more money, more troops, more resources at a bad idea just gets you more bad results...]
