Could Louisiana Governor's writing on exorcisms hurt VP chances?

It was revealed that Louisiana Republican Governor Bobby Jindal wrote an essay regarding what appears to be about exorcisms. Many are now speculating this could hurt one of the GOP's top stars chances to be Mitt Romney's running mate.
Is Bobby Jindal's political future over? Following an Associated Press report that put the Louisiana Governor's religious beliefs into new light, it could hurt his chances at the Vice President slot or a future run for president.
The GOP governor published an article in 1994 for the New Oxford Review, a Roman Catholic magazine, which discusses the "physical dimensions of spiritual warfare." The article describes a first-hand account of a prayer group intervention during his time at Brown University.
