House Republicans Announce Vote On Three-Month Debt Limit Extension

House Republicans have announced that they will hold a vote on a three-month extension of the debt limit, signaling that the GOP is ready to fold in the latest debt ceiling standoff. According to CNN, the vote will include a requirement that both chambers pass a budget, or go without pay -- a political shot at the Senate, which has not passed a budget in four years
