Representing yourself as From OpEdNEws.com for any reason

It is OpEdNews.com policy that you may not approach organizations claiming to represent OpEdNews.com without authorization from a managing editor or the editor in chief. There are no exceptions. 

You MAY state that you have written for OpEdNews.com if your articles have been published on the site. That does not apply to diaries or comments. 

You may state that you have blogged on OpEdNEws.com if you have published articles or submitted diaries. 

Freedom of Information Act requests for information may only be sent with authorization of a managing editor or the editor in chief. 

Requests for media passes to press events may only be made with prior authorization and coordination with the editor in chief. 

Failure to follow these firm policy rules can lead to being banned from the site.
