Perhaps it should be an official requirement that in order to run for the presidency, one must know which way the American flag should be oriented.

::::::::

George W. Bush proudly displayed the American Flag the wrong way at the swimming arena at the National Aquatics Center during day 2 of the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games on August 10, 2008 in Beijing, China.

Well, um, I guess it looked OK from his perspective.  Can you imagine a more perfect depiction of "It's all about ME!" ? It is fitting that he married a teacher, because his educational needs seem to be ongoing.  Laura finally instructed him to turn it around.

There's proof. See the photo by Ezra Shaw/Getty Images at John Amato's "virtual online magazine"  http://www.crooksandliars.com/2008/08/13/george-w-bush-american-i___t/
