    What we as a Nation must realize is that Shared Parenting of Children after Divorce,  is a must needed action for our soceity. There are Bills across this nation in each State that are being blocked by what the public is not aware of. Federal Funding (Incentives) to States that keep Our Government and Our Courts in a state of Tyranny towards ALL Non Custodial Parents and create a gynojudicial system, depriving Children of equal time with the Non Custodial Parent. Another scam of Governmental agencies is CPS or DSS agencies which actually kidnap Children from Both Parents and place them up for adoption for States Profit.
Federal Title IV and VAWA Funds (Incentives) are keeping EQUAL PARENTING Bills from becoming law. Our legislators continue to balance your States budget on the backs of hurting Children and your tax dollars are subsidizing their corruption and tyranny against the people.

Many experts have shown, that, study after study, equal parenting for children of divorce is best for the children's present and future well being. One expert that comes to mind is Dr. Warren Farrell who is world renown for his work in child psychology and child development.
You the public have a direct involvement, either through your children and family or the spending of your tax dollars to stand against this corruption of government and make it known to our elected officials that the destruction of Families for State Profits is outrageous and will not be tolerated. The Federal Government through Title IV-D funds gives to these States, dollar for dollar for what each State collects in child support per weekly bases. This is why each State has gone into the weekly collection of child support payments. ("The Profits"). This keeps the incentive for States to "not pass" Equal Parenting Laws. The Judicial system through Our Family Courts make certain, All Father's of divorce (95%) become suppressed and without a voice to speak with. The government knows to successfully expand its power over "The People" is to first destroy the structure and sanctity of the Family. This begins with the Father, who typically would be the protector of the Family. This is the person in Family Court which 95% of the time becomes the villain.

   In the late 1960's the no-fault divorce laws came into play, these laws where pushed through Congress by special interest groups who have everything to gain from the demise of the Family. These groups were the newly empowered feminist groups along with a special group of attorneys. Our Legislators (lawmakers) most of whom are in conflict with their jobs, because most they are members of a Bar Association for whom their fellow brethrens will profit from, because of Laws they have create. Government uses false propaganda of domestic abuse to expand and gain further assistance (funds) to States and to these special interest groups through The Federal, Violence Against Women's Act (V.A.W.A). Our own Government Statistics and many studies done by many well known universities continue to show us that violence against women is equal to statistics that show men are equally violated if not more by the female gender. These same studies continue to show us that violence to children happens mostly in a single parent, mother atmosphere. Leaving us to ask what is in the best Interest of our children? Again, as with the Title IV-D laws, this false propaganda and these laws are used to send more funding and to create an Industry for States which continue to destroy family unity and bring in more funding to the States and to these special interest groups, one of which I consider to be the Bar Association. One only needs to ask themselves or to investigate whether there is any assistance through their State that would help keep Families together. What you will find is that States offers no assistance to Families that may have had some basic marital problem that could have been resolved through some sort of mandatory law by sending these couples to classes or therapy to overcome their differences. From what you will find is that by the State offering no assistance to troubled marriages, it can be seen that States wish to funnel these confused couples directly to our family courts where the process of collecting funds for the State and the attorneys can begin.

Unless we can reach out to the public and show that their government has entered into an industry against it's people will we be able to strengthen family unity and begin to help our children who continue to suffer the damage shown to be detrimental to their very young lives by these gender bias tyrannical Family Court System, which has become empowered by unconstitutional laws which are allowed to stand for the sake of special interest and States gain. This has also allowed Our Judges to bend and break the Constitution and throw the Bill of Rights in the trash, which they have sworn to uphold. I invite any reader whom only has the basic knowledge of the Constitution to enter a Family Court room and watch their Precious Constitution be destroyed right infront of their eyes. The fear that this maybe found out is So much so, that this secret society of Judges and Lawyers are skeptical of anybody who doesn't belong in that court room, and a Judge will send his court officer to a person to inquire of their presence and most importantly to this Judge is if this person is taking notes! A Doctor of Political Science and a writer that I find to be very knowledgeable of this topic is Dr. Stephan Baskerville; he has recently released a book entitled "Taken Into Custody". I recommend this book to all Americans who care about the sovereign state of Our Country and Our Families against the domestic enemy of our own Government. There are many groups across our nation fighting against the government interference into Families, one of which I recommend to the nation Families would be Fathers 4 Justice and those who feel a softer approach they offer a sister group called Families 4 Justice. I recommend that anybody who is interested in the protection of Rights of Family and changing our current Family laws, please join and support these type of groups, for the reason that, across our nation they have made some great head way bringing their message to the public and helping them understand that Government is Not Family Friendly.
