Announcement of California Cannabis Hemp and health Inniative 2008 petition for 1 million signatures to legalize ALL cannabis and effectively end cannabis prohibition in California. :::::::: The California Cannabis Hemp and Health Inniative 2008 has filed with the CA Secretary of State and is now available for circulation.
