Dick Cheney is scheduled Saturday to undergo a procedure to replace the battery of the device that monitors his heart rhythms. Will he invoke Section 3 of the 25th Amendment to the Constitution and hand over his Presidency to George Bush? More importantly, who knew he had a heart? ::::::::
