More examples of how sleezy and hypocritical Rove is.

::::::::

Check out the new book by Texas journalists Wayne Slater and James Moore called "The Architect: Karl Rove and the Master Plan for Absolute Power."
I know most of us don't need more examples of how sleezy and hypocritical Rove is, but apparently a lot of people still do. Wash Post columnist David Broder is even telling people to apologize to Rove for blaming him in the Plamegate scandal. Rove was still a big part of that scandal and no apology is forthcoming from here.
I've read a lot of books, articles, memos and other writings about Rove in the past few years and still was surprised to learn he is agnostic and had a gay stepdad whose lifestyle he embraced, even as he campaigned against gays and kissed up to religious fundamentalists to get votes for republicans.
Rove tried to get the book killed and threatened Slater and Moore unless they took out parts about his meetings with Abramoff and gay stepdad, but the authors did not cave. They have gone on shows on NPR and other places and held up well.
May this book be another best-seller.
