I received this comment,but the person is not a lawyer with a degree in European or German constitution. So, I think the illegality of local and national civil service actions need to be brought under law investigation in the Courts. I have pleaded with the Petition Committee in Hessen to demand a court case. They are ignoring their duty.

thank you very much for your mail to the federal ministry for family affairs, senior citizen, women and youth.

I see your point concerning the demographic factor and the correlation with foreign workers but I'm very sorry for not being able to help you.

Due to the German constitution the administration of the federal foreign laws is in responsibility of the local authorities. In your case this will be the immigration office of Wiesbaden .
