IN RE: Tax exemption granted to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (Mormon)

Dear Commissioner Shulman,

As Director of AFTOR, I am writing to bring to your attention the need to seek revocation of the tax exemption of the above referenced entity on the grounds that it is a subversive organization seeking the overthrow of the constitutional republic of the United States of America.

The religious front for this organization is a totalitarian dictatorship in which monies are taken from the membership without any accountability as to expenditure. A large percentage of that tax exempt funding is used in pursuit of political objectives that have no rational relationship to religion.

By way of recent law interpretation in the UK, the organization has been denied property tax exemption for each of its two temples built there. The rational is that the buildings are not open for public worship of not only of non members but for members as well who may not pay into the church treasury a full ten percent of gross income before income taxes. The temples are in fact a scam to sell “celestial” eternal rights to those sufficiently brainwashed to pay the price. Since its inception in 1830 the game plan has been to organize the world into stakes and wards of its political concept of Zion. Its zealous missionary efforts of upwards of fifty thousand missionaries in the world is for the purpose of building and organizing a political base by which it can become the world dictator. In this regard it parallels Islamization as a political crusade.

Already in the United States we have seen it flex its muscle with regard to the massive effort to pass Proposition 8 in California and its expenditures in Maine to reverse the same sex marriage law of that state.

In the late 1970's it interfered with the ratification of the Equal Rights Amendment where less that 2 percent of national population deprived 98 percent of the population of the benefit of constitutional Equal rights.

It has an expensive spying technology located in the top four floors of its Salt Lake City, Utah world Headquarter towers at 50 E North Main. This technology is at its disposal to influence and interfere with politics in this country and the world.

In addition to the front of “religious” activity it supports a sinister and subversive sub organization that violates the civil rights of Americans. In fact It is a Racketeering Influenced Corrupt Organization (RICO) for which 501c-3 tax exemption should be denied.

In order to pursue it's long term objectives, that sinister element supports a secret armed intelligence unit which has been involved in the assassination of individuals including but not limited to Dr. Martin Luther King, John F. Kennedy, Howard Hughes, Jimmy Hoffa and attorney John C. Ragan of Shelton Washington. Justification is pre-empted by the Blood Atonement Doctrine.

The latter individual was wasted in an attempt to deflect criminal attention by the US government in 1978 from the implication of the “church” being other than a religious order and its involvement in the named criminal offenses.

The key to unlocking this criminal conspiracy lies in the last named

offense that occurred on June 21, 1978. Evidence of which is

presently held intact awaiting the pleasure of The Treasury Dept. This

event is chronicled in the newly published book, Under the Mormon

Tree, Chapter 32 page 205 Available on Amazon.com.

Please be aware, the charges made in paragraph nine (supra) were

previously made in a publication in 1978 to which the church reacted

with silent admission as to that issue but yielded on another unrelated

issue when it had a duty to respond hoping to deflect my attention.

Yet some sixteen years later (1993) it made a feeble attempt to

respond by conjecture in an off the wall act which did in fact confirm

its complicity in the alleged criminal actions. I would be pleased to

discuss this with your representative.

Because of the nature of the fraud upon the American people it would be appropriate that criminal investigative agents of the treasury investigate this conspiracy to prove its existence and revoke tax exemption before bringing it to the full attention of the Justice Department.

Please also be apprised that a sanitized investigative unit will be necessary as the conspiracy has infested the CIA, FBI, The White House and the Congress.

In the event that you do not take action to investigate this criminal cancer by the first of January 2010, it will be my intention to pursue recourse in Federal Court. We have a provable murder that needs justice!
