President Obama Awarded Nobel Peace Prize

Barack Obama announced he is "humbled" by the award of the Nobel Peace Prize. I can't wait for the reaction by the Republican Smear Machine.

Nobel Laureate Barack Obama

It's morning in the Middle East, so the US sleeps as usual. The first to congratulate the new Nobel Laureate was Mahmoud Ahmadinejad who welcomed him to fight injustice. He did not elaborate on his definition of the term.

The Taliban have not heard peace overtures from him.

In East Jerusalem they appreciated his early promises to bring peace to the region. Older hands claim that he is too young for the award and too short in accomplishment.

The pundits fail to realize Obama will never be closer to deserving the Nobel Prize. His job is to ennoble the task and to inspire those who will follow through to implementation.
