Is WHO lying? Or else who is lying?

::::::::

In a report on Fox News WHO states that H1N1 swine flu has not mutated or changed in any way.

"There is no sense that the virus has mutated or changed in any sense," WHO spokesman Gregory Hartl told a news briefing.

So why have there been at least four reports of Swine Flu mutations in the news?

Brazil
Denmark
Japan
London

Is there an agenda here? Or were all these reports and news sources mistaken? Does WHO not read the newspaper? Were the mutations not significant enough to be called mutations? WHO is lying? Or else who is lying? And why?
