Congressional CONFLICT OF INTEREST regarding HEALTH CARE REFORM?

LAWYERS are "The Problem" but they make the laws!

If you ask me, attorneys are the single most important cause of the skyrocketing costs of health care in the USA. This is due to the overload of frivolous lawsuits via the ambulance chasing scumbag attorneys. Sure there are a few good attorneys but IMHO the world would surely be a better place if the majority of them were loaded into a wood chipper and shredded into worm food. Of course, the vast majority of lawmakers in Congress are lawyers so therein lies the crux of the problem:

we have a system where lawyers reap windfalls from all the frivolous lawsuits yet those same lawyers and/or their pals are able to stack the deck in favor of lawyers to make sure we only get more and more frivolous lawsuits. And then these scumbag lawyer politicians will get
on tv and pine on and on about how 'they are going to fix the healthcare problem' by doing X, Y, Z all the while knowing that they aren't going to do anything to hurt their CASH COW! And then, of course, somewhere in there they have the nerve to say the doctors make too much money.....LOL
