Too long it takes for the people to be served by their corporate masters.

::::::::

The word has hit the street.  The execution and murder of Ken Saro Wiwa through the auspices of Shell Oil has been made plain to the entire world.

According to Andy Rowell of Oil Change International, Royal Dutch Shell has agreed to pay Ken Wiwa (Ken Saro-Wiwa's son) and the Ogoni People of Nigeria the sum of 15 million dollars.  Cash.  US.

That would a stack of 15,000 pieces of paper marked, "Federal Reserve Note" and "1000 dollars."

These notes are effectively worthless on the open market and are a pittance compared to the absolute horror that Shell Oil has caused the Wiwa Family, the Ogoni People, the country of Nigeria and any citizen of the world who has ever used any of their products.

The execution and murder of Ken Saro-Wiwa was a crime against humanity and more than a simple infraction against the law or some sort of second degree ethical lapse.  People need to go to jail for this crime and for the offense of robbing the world of one of its finest progressive writers and a man of sterling integrity.

I will not knowingly buy, sell or trade in any commodity even rumored to have been involved  in the manufacture or merchandising of any product from any Shell affiliate or partnership.

I recommend that you do the same.  These people are mentally ill and should be quarantined and the psychopaths behind this crime locked up for a dozen lifetimes.

If corporate America or any concentration of economic wealth thinks that it can behave as if the people of this world are mere chattel under its feet, then we need to throw down, folks.  This is our time and this is our cause.

No more Shell Oil.  Make it disappear save from the books of history where it be written, "this was an evil, sick and depraved organization."
