Should we nationalize or not?

3 leading liberal PhD economists are calling for nationalization of American banks:

Obama has said that he will not nationalize banks.

I don't know if I nationalization is a good thing or a bad thing . But I do agree that the economic policies pursued by Bush and Obama simply aren't working.
