As their home page says:

"Discover how destruction can be constructive. Our broken bits go on to become beautiful mosaic artwork, through local artisans, art therapy programs and student projects."

If your town or city doesn't have a smash shack yet, you might want to think about opening one, or about contacting this one for franchise opportunities. Or you might think of variations, such as a place to smash specifically Chinese-made stuff, or specifically stuff containing coltan, such as cell phones and video games, that are responsible for the genocides in the Congo. The possibilities are limitless.

Lenin said that capitalists will sell you the rope to hang them. Now there is a way to capitalize on the frustration that people feel towards materialism and exploitation. And you can be the first on your block to sell people the opportunity to smash the stuff that they hate!

The author lives in a small village in central Europe and has been active in the local workers movement for nearly 3 decades.
