Your President is Watching

It's a delusion to think that our Congress makes the rules for spying on us.  This is an "agency" business that works under the various cabinet departments.  And the unilateral capo of this business is the President the citizens gave the most votes, and so much for the voice of the citizens thereafter.

And Congress be damned, the Chief Executive and his military and spy masters report through their chain of command to only the Commander-in-Chief, notwithstanding showcase congressional hearings, "checks and balances," and other bullshit to the contrary.

What the networks are, who are the targets, whatever the parameters of "collection":  all report to your President.  (As we recently learned from the "generals scandal," they even spy on their own sub-capos and with whom they shack-up.)

.

So:  know that when you talk on the phone, write or even read on the internet, or even walk down the shopping mall -- Big President and "his people" are listening, watching, recording and filming, and feeding their snooping into the world's largest computer system, then to "do" whomever the process selects.  (They've already captured your reading of this memo.)
