Corporations are described as persons in the Constitution and yet the term person has never been defined. This is a call for a constitutional amendment which defines the term person.::::::::
The term person has never been defined in the Constitution and it is time that it was.
A suggested Constitutional amendment:
"The term person shall be defined as a mammal of the species Homo sapiens sapiens"
Who will deny this?A denier would look the fool and yet, this amendment, in all its simplicity, would nullify all prior Supreme Court decisions as to the nature of corporate person-hood.
