A people that fails to protect its children in a movie theatre from a poor insane man with assault weaponry doesn't deserve to have children.

For a "Christian" nation we sure appear to be rather barbaric and pagan. We have annual sacrifice to the gnarly, craven, ambiguous, violent Deity -- the Second Amendment to the United States Constitution.

Many now will blame the shooter's parents, the insane shooter, the failure of community, a friend or neighbor for not being more aware and on and on. They will chant, "Guns don't kill people, people kill people." It will be an antiphonal liturgical chant rising, ever louder, from the smug "Christian" dragoons and soccer paramilitary.

This is a bunch of Horseshit!

Guns do kill people and an AR-15 assault rifle, a Remington 12-guage 870 shotgun and two 40-caliber handguns kill lots of people.

What Would Jesus Do? Well, he sure as hell wouldn't buy another goddamned gun.
