Family is more than a collective of people, it is the union of souls.

Anyone can be a parent but it takes a true human to be a loving nurturer. Sexual orientation does not determine one's ability to be a good parent and more than one bad parent has been heterosexual. Although traditional marriage was a creation of the Church, it does not hold authority over the loving Union of two people. It has selfishly determined that Gay parents are not worthy to raise children based on their sexuality.

Ask an abused child whether the abuse they suffered would have been any different had it come from a gay parent and they will tell you, with tears in their eyes, that they only wanted to be loved.
