Help Needed -- America is Dying!

You need to know that any law authorized will in fact be enforced when such is propitious to its sponsors and their government apparatchiks.  Any other rationale is contrived political deflection for partisan advantage, ambitions of greed, or ego gratification.

This law -- currently being contested in the courts -- is now the law of the land and every citizen and his family will be afflicted at the will, self-interest or ego of our government masters.  It is difficult to recall any history since the dawn of civilization, when an in-place "legal" instrument of intimidation has not been ultimately put to treacherous use.  To deny this is to join in the funeral march for America.

What to do?  This is certain:  We must grasp the reality that America is threatened by both the Republican and Democrat establishments.  Then we need to take off our Republican shirts and Democrat pants, open our minds, summon our intelligence, and to muster the urgency to discard those partisan trappings and to seek actually decent governance for the American people, and in fact for the sake of humanity.  Your recommendations of specific remedies are invited and much needed.
