Glenn is really frightened and compelled over the outcome of the elections. He is going to take all the money he has made in gold over the last few years and buy farmland. At first it was speculated that he was going to raise sugar beets or GMO rhubarb, now it appears he is going to raise pale idiot.
The story in the beginning just sounded wrong to me because Glenn is not a farmer. Glenn is a millionaire demagogue. Does this country have a history of demagogue farmers? Well, I did a little research and found that we in fact do not have a history of successful demagogue farmers. Joe McCarthy, although raised on a farm, was a drinker not a farmer, Father Coughlin failed with a small patch of cucumbers, Ann Coulter is a heavily peppered steak tartare and garlic laden pickled liver kinda gal -- she doesn't even like veggies, Huey Long tried growing potatoes behind the state capital in Baton Rouge -- they rotted. And, although not an American Demagogue; Benito Mussolini failed miserably trying to raise cabbages for a large sauerkraut project he had planned. Demagogues do not make good farmers.
So, upon reflection and research, it's pretty obvious that
Glenn is not into agriculture or horticulture.
He is going to just keep doing what he does best -- raising pale
idiot. I would imagine that most of
his followers have no farming experience nor the wherewithal to purchase
American farmland. However they shake,
shimmy and clamor to have their fallow brains disked and sown with the
ridiculous, self-serving, alarmist, pathetic propaganda that Glenn is so good
at.
As a farmer of eager pale idiots, Glenn along with other Rich Right Wing Demagogues, working assiduously at pale idiot husbandry, as this last election cycle exposed, have clearly tilted the American social planet. Years of relentless hysterical multi-media, ultra Right Wing hammering has made the brains of many, many confused frightened Americans friable; welcoming the harrow and the drill. There is now row after row of pale idiot sown across America.
Glenn and Rush and Bill O'Reilly, in their responses to President Obama's reelection, have very clearly exposed the true Right Wing dilemma -- Angry White Folks are screwed!
Latinos, African Americans, Women, Gay people, spiritual individuals that don't need to splatter Jesus' blood all over other people's shoes, Asians, kind people, readers and performance artists that don't want to drown in their lower east side flats have become the majority in America. And, we're not going back!
Glenn knows this, he is a smart guy, that's why at the end of his sermon on farming he suggests that his followers buy guns and ammo. The farming stuff was pure bologna. He really just wanted to talk about guns. He knows his people can't and won't buy farmland but they will buy guns and ammo. My read of the Right Wing election and post election rhetoric is that, knowing they have become the minority -- they want revolution of some sort. Glenn and all the rest are trying to start it.
We all know this is like Gumby in charge of the Normandy Invasion. Glenn sees himself as Patrick Henry or Paul Revere. It's all so ridiculous, however if you look closely this spring you will see the tender little pointy heads of pale idiot poking through the prodigiously manured ground around your town. Watch your step.
