My father introduced me to Dachau in mid 1950's post WW2 Germany. As he tried to explain the horror there within the fences, he told us several times "This could happen again, don't ever forget."  How could one ever, especially a small child?  It made Hansel and Gretel look like the good old days.

Several years later, I found an old U.S. Army report manual while perusing through footlockers we weren't supposed to get into or raid for M80's.  In it were photos of fenced boney people. Many survivors had ligaments running up the back of their gaunt necks like thick rope strung tight heralding their impending death.

I didn't understand it then.  I never will. I doubt even God can.  But, I understood the duty to remember and now I know why.

Today, a man of the cloth wants us to relish in the name of Christ a religiously targeted group of people to be held behind fences, this time within the United States of America.  He wants us to cherish in name of Jesus the thought of Americans held behind electrified fence until they supposedly die out or starve to death.

Yes, they will mostly likely starve under his plan to fence and extinguish them. He cannot be trusted to furnish clean sheets or hot showers, nor write in his weekly calendar 'Food drop at First Christ Concentration Camp'.  Meet Pastor Dachau a/k/a Pastor Charles Worley.

I realize calling a man of God a pejorative name is rude, crude and sinful, but it's well worth the penance of four Hail Mary's to me as I am sure he's seen similar pictures himself and understands the mindset of any concentration camp administrator. Pastor Worley knows in his heart that food will not be a priority. From his Mother's Day Sermon at Providence Road Baptist Church in Maiden, North Carolina:

"I figured a way out, a way to get rid of all the lesbians and queers but couldn't get it pass the Congress -- build a great big large fence, 50 or a hundred mile long. Put all the lesbians in there, fly over and drop some food. Do the same thing with the queers and the homosexuals. And have that fence electrified so they can't get out."

I was raised an Armybrat, which gave me an appreciation for our military, diversity and travel. In my young adulthood I was a Republican, this in the days Republicans were still actually conservative. When the move began in earnest to push (more...)
