It was an unwanted pregnancy from the start. Something unholy and evil. The idea was that the Healthcare Reform if passed was to be a love child of the Donkey and the Elephant. Needless to say it led to in vitro. And neither of the parents wanted it.GOP fought against it tooth and nail. Dems lazily and without enthusiasm said the proper words. It was obvious from the start that if the single-payer was not a goal everything else would be only harmful to the people. But the inertia was great. In fact the inertia was maybe the only force that rolled that Bill into Congress because the expected push from the President never took place. Obama never really supported anything. By support I do not mean a Reaganesque talk about how good it would be to help Americans. By support I mean a decisive statement on what provisions of the Bill are ironclad in the President's mind, those without which he will veto the Bill. I mean a real fight. But Obama had already shown that he was anything but a fighter: from the cowardice in the Afghanistan issue to the whining call to the Black Caucus leader in Congress. Obama is good in drinking beer with black-and- white; he is not good in making tough decisions. Of course, his cronies make sure that all decisions they make and he endorses are presented as the 'tough ones.'
Ok, the fetus was brought to the butchers and that's where the process of pushing to the abortion started. By scraping. First Mr. Stupak introduced a Nuremberg provision about women being second-rate citizens. Obama did not even blink when his baby started to resemble the Rosemarie's one. The Unborn was then passed to the Senate where the group of 'surgeons' cut off the public option. That rendered they concocted a plot- to add something long- term and artificial instead so that the chief butcher, Mr. Lieberman had a chance for his final stroke. And right there he did it with the surgical precision. The final result became a real Devil's brood- practically all the provisions now are harmful to humans. Even the crown jewel- the insurance of the uninsured is just a ram of those people right into the open snout of the insurance companies who have practically to 'process' them. Since when the customer is not in charge of the service provided? Since Obama and his masters had a deal. The Healthcare Bill was supposed to be the Bill of the power of the people. Instead it had become a sharing of power over the people between the two crocodiles- the government buerocracy and the private middle-man. Nobody even talks about the actual care-WHO CARES?!!
Now they are mad when Howard Dean says to kill the final product should be a mercy killing. They want that atrocity to be passed, the baby to be born.They want to have fun at our expense. If passed that Bill in its current form is an abomination, an insult to the intelligence and a laughinstock for the whole world. Obama should realise that: he is a smart man after all. He should realise that he had been 'had' for a rather long time and veto that crap, abort it. If he does not the Unholy Marriage would be formalized and from now on all the Bills we will see in the futurewill be theRosemarie's babies. Or worse.
