Now the war on terrorism in Pakistan has taken another turn as now the office of ISI in Peshawar has been attacked by terrorists. There is impression that Taliban and terrorists have been created by ISI. The ISI has provided fund and other facilities to terrorists to organise themselves. But now attack on the same intelligence agency is an indication that now ISI has abandoned these people. Now they are desperate and just want to save them.
At the moment the whole region is in the grip.According to reports, bombs tore through security offices in Peshawar on Friday, killing at least 10 people and injuring more then 30.
Majority of the schools have been closed and papers scheduled today have been postponed.
According to reports, a suicide bomber traveling in a car was trying to reach intelligence agency office at Kyber Road. When stopped at security check post by security officials, he blew up himself. The loud explosion heard throughout the city after the blast with huge clouds of smoke spewing into the sky and debris littering the ground. The building was almost destroyed.
Reports from Bannu, another town of NWFP,the death toll of a suicide attack at a police station in Bannu has reached to seven, DPO Muhammad Iqbal said. Five security men are also among the deceased.
According to sources, a suicide bomber rammed his car into Bakka Khel police station building at Rangsa Road in Bannu. The building of the police station has completely destroyed in the attack. SHO Riaz Khatak and some of the inmates were also included in the injured. The bodies and injured were shifted to district headquarter hospital Bannu where emergency has been announced.
Bakka Khel police station is situated at the border of Bannu and semi tribal area; therefore it is a sensitive police station. There were prior reports of attack on the police station.
