Greta Van Susteren talks with Weekly Standard writer Steve Hayes about Thom Hartmann's discussing the No Billionaires Campaign.

Hayes "resorts to name calling to argue against it, describing it as "idiotic." Then he points out that "there are 425 billionaires with an average net worth of $4 billion, and if you took all of their money, it would only pay a year of the USA's debt." Yeah. That's all. He suggests it doesn't do anything to solve our long term problems.
Van Susteren suggests that a lot of critics don't like rich people. "Is it more of a hatred..."
They go on to talk about how Obama talks about the rich, and even admit that he gave a real gift to Lehman brothers in the Fiscal cliff deal.

There IS a growing movement calling for taxing billionaires out of existence. Search the opednews.com directory for the billionaire tag to find more articles.

Rob began his Bottom-up Radio show, broadcast on WNJC 1360 AM to Metro Philly, also available on iTunes, covering the transition of our culture, business and world from predominantly Top-down (hierarchical, centralized, authoritarian, patriarchal, big) to bottom-up (egalitarian, local, interdependent, grassroots, archetypal feminine and small.) Recent long-term projects include a book, Bottom-up-- The Connection Revolution, (more...)
