Explain US Foreign Policy to the American People

Demand that the American Government explain its foreign policy in regard to "terror threats" that are vague and unsubstantiated. Explain exactly what threats we face and why they are using drones against the Yemeni people. Explain why this surveillance state is needed and exactly how far it goes. Explain why are our 4th Amendment rights are being violated. Why are we spending 54% of our discretionary spending for defense in this day and age?

Why has Congress abdicated their right to declare war under Article I, Section 8, Clause 11?

We want the government to explain itself in detail in order to become a well informed electorate. We decry the policies overseas and at home without clarification.
