How much longer?

"1) Why are so many governments around the world -- including the three main branches of the Republic of Ireland Government (Executive, Legislative, and Judicial) -- still completely ignoring the educational recommendations made in the PREAMBLE of the 1948 United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights; 2) why have the governments in question been allowed to get away with ignoring these extremely important educational recommendations for so long; and, 3) how much longer, I wonder, are they going to be allowed to keep on ignoring them?"

A second e-mail -- containing very similar message-text to the UN e-mail referred to just above -- was also sent yesterday to Rebecca Leavy, and copied to several of her colleagues at the Republic of Ireland's National Advocacy Service. A copy of that e-mail can be viewed at:

Rebecca Leavy advised me, by e-mail on October 8th 2012, that an advocate from the NAS (National Advocacy Service) "will get in touch" with me "via email next week". To date, I have not heard another word from Rebecca Leavy, and neither have I heard anything from any of her many colleagues at the NAS.
