I got used to the madness of American TV; every morning the first thing you hear is an abominable laughter from the screen. Still, sometimes even my limit is tested: Red Stockings had won the World Series or whatever they did and four adult men and one MSNBC woman sit right there on the grass and gloat. We all know that it is not "The World', that nobody but the certain idiotic crowd gives a damn about Red Stockings, that baseball is anything but a real game, that also American football and golf are just the abominations, that the actual scenery of numerous sweaty idiots running around back and forth is an insult to intelligence- we all know that, but those abominable four talk and talk about Red Stockings as if an angel descended on them; they even say that Red Stockings united the Bostonians after the bombings. They say ANYTHING, they are visibly relaxed and you can see how they really love to be there and how tough it is for them to return back and lie and cheat and conduct the shilling in their political comments. They should be there forever, those four losers and one woman, all quaking like ducks in the swamp; why won't we just let them go and pay them, say $10K a year for the cheerleading? Instead they receive hundreds of thousands of dollars, they bask in popularity and every morning I have to suffer from that abomination. That's beyond my limits, really.
If there is something which
clearly bares the soul of the
nation, that something is the nation's games.
As such everyone who in his/her clear mind would watch baseball or golf or football should come to the conclusion that those people
belonged to the asylum. Golf, for
instance, the one which is just hitting
small balls with a stick is played with the Titanium golf clubs (!) on the huge
meadows, carefully watered, maintained and totally useless, even harmful to the
planet. If someone wants to hit a ball with a stick why not he/she just does it inside, in
some gym, for God's sake? Baseball,
the game in which a cluster of three men are there to maintain one small
ball is an insult to human decency. If that's what we had accomplished during the human progress, we should surrender to apes. They
surely can play better, hit harder,
catch easier. And they do not require
thousands and millions of dollars,
coaches, programs, scholarships, trophies. federations, halls of fame. Ah, football the worst of all -- the
crowd-sourcing commotion, when two groups
of overfed perpetual teenagers run like crazy and collide while the
cheerleaders raise their legs higher than the
If any of you, folks want to see the real zombies, don't rent a movie- go watch the fans and they are all there.
Some people will tell me to speak only for myself. Fine, I had spoken. Eat your checkers. And one more thing: both men and women are disgusting and abominable in that psychotic paroxysm but women are worse because they should know better. Where are the feminists when their daughters do all that cheer leading? Among the fans?
