This Visible V8 is tested over 7000 RPM for the first time. This is a new block. The cylinder heads are the same from the Visible V8 @ 5000 RPM 1-4 videos, with a new valve train geometry to correct a valve float problem above 5300 RPM.
The rods, pistons and crankshaft are from the Visible V8 @ 5000 RPM 1-4 videos. In this test, the generator bracket came loose about 6000 RPM. The Crankshaft sheared off at the 3 and 4 rod journal. The 1 and 2 rod journal bent about 20 Degrees. Everything else is ok. This modified stock crankshaft had 15+ hours of running time before crankshaft failure @ 7151 RPM.
