Who owns America's Loans and if they recall them in this crisis, what will we do?

Déjà vu, once again. I was listening to an old recording of the BBC and it covered our circumstances in America today, exactly, only with name changes, subbing USA for Britain.

Follow this. The British Empire was losing bits and pieces of itself, Cyprus, Iraq oil fields, Malaysian plantations, African holdings and then came Egypt’s nationalization of the Suez Canal. The final straw as England saw it, and a scary thing, it became the straw the broke the camel’s back.

England, France and Israel secretly colluded to bomb and then invade Port Said, Egypt, to reclaim the Canal. They bombed the Egyptian Air force into little metallic pieces and then landed troops. They later denied this, their collusion,  and that was just one of their troubles.

Shouting erupted in the House of Lords  and would not stop. “Cowards and Answer, answer”, rang out in the shouting.

Brits had been torturing prisoners  recently in their other conflicts and now had seemingly started a war without a word to anyone. Rogue nation.

Mr. James Griffiths said that all this unjustifiable and wicked action had more bitterly divided the nation than ever before in his entire memory.

Any of this sounding like a rerun to you yet?

The Prime Minister said that it was not war as there had been no declaration, that it was just an armed conflict and that by quashing small aggressions, one prevented larger wars. He said that it was a police action to keep the Canal open, though Nassar had never said that he was closing it, just taking ownership of it.

Britain and France found themselves alone in this action and the rest of the world was against it, including the USA.

Deciding whether this was murder or legal action, whether it fit the Hague Convention definitions about seizing territory, etc., got very messy.  PM Anthony Eden said that he was a man of peace, worked, strove, negotiated and used the League of Nations and the United Nations to have continuous peace. However, he still felt that he was right to attack Egypt.

Quoting what G.W. Bush did in his justifications, PM Eden said  that in WW II  everyone had talked and waited too long until Hitler had taken over and never again would that happen,  that hesitation.

Eden was accused of not doing police action, but of taking the law into his own hands, defying the UN Charter and all that Britain’s citizens believed in, that they were always  the defenders and not ever the aggressors in any action.

People resigned then and there as they did here, but much more slowly here, when the real invasion began. Shouts of disaster and marches and protests began and F. Scott Fitzgerald was quoted, saying that, “ I think our world is broken.” The penny began to drop as ours is dropping this week.

Dulles blackmailed the Brits, England said, into stopping their invasion, by withholding very necessary loans from the USA to England, economic manipulations then and now.

When America used its influence to control England, the Brits went from being a First World Power to being a Third World Power and have never recovered since.

They needed America’s permission to undertake any military action after that as WE financed their military, much as China and Japan and other nations who are holding our loans, are funding our military actions today, ie. the war, or police action or stopping the aggressors actions in Iraq right now.

Let me repeat that, foreign nations hold our loans, can call them any day and we cannot repay the loans as we have no economy, no money, nada, Bush spent it all. So, if they wanted to, they could turn us into a Third World Power and their broken puppet IF they wanted to and worked together to make it happen.

We forget these things when strutting around bossing people like, well, I won’t say it.

Eden, a man of class, resigned. Bush never will. The next president of this nation of ours will have hell to repay and only us to help him. Vote Democrat, they repay loans.

Otherwise, we’ll take out more Republican loans and be some other country’s boytoy oh so very soon.
