I had
watched Avatar (3d version) about three years ago, for just being watched and I
said that that movie anything hasn't told to me. (Nuri Bilge Ceylan wrote same

This
receiving is not fate for all science-fiction movies. The 2001 Odysseys by
Stanley Kubrick is wonderful despite all years over. Old "The Apes of Monkeys'
serial is so. The Alien and The Blade Runner by Ridley Scott are great.
Remember please, philosophic basements of The Matrix (I), The Inception (The Equilibrium that Christian Bale plays was awful) and The Lord of The Rings (Another janr) and let you think on what are the problems in Prometheus of Ridley Scott.
I think Scott plans making a queue. And we know gods of the humanity decide to kill all people with a big nuclear weapon. Religionist doctor Elisabeth Shaw (Noomi Rapace) is the one person who stays in the Mars and the adventure will go on with her in next movie-s.
Anti-Darwinist Scott puts himself movie between The Christianity and alternative religions on creation. He unites archeological heritage and aliens from the future; the world is between these heritage and aliens is in danger. The believing on the judgment day is like an alternative on the end of the world in the movie, too. Gods of humanity are regretful for creating people and they decide to erase us with a nuclear weapon. So believing of Dr. Shaw is between this nuclear attack and real judgment day, she believes "real' judgment day and she blocks the artificial end of the world.
Scott sabotages himself believing what he establishes movie on. Gods are just a step for building of "real' religion (Christianity). Nuclear treatment is an ideological tool.
So, where is science-fictional story? Where is developing in a genius director Scott's brain and where is developing which we fell while going out from hall?
I think Scott was influenced so much from James Cameron (Avatar-Cameron is known as new Scott) that Scott has made similar aliens in himself last movie: Massive aliens are like massive blue avatars.
Corny roles, corny communication between characters and corny actions are not engraving of today but of 1980's.
All
effects, all visuals were used for a classical story in The Prometheus. I don't
want to see the cross or symbols of other religions what are said pray to them
by director. We need progressive, new and original opinions, we need to discuss.
Visuals and effects; they are nothing for me, if the all story is that. OMG!
